How to Convert SWF to iMovie on Mac OS X

"I just have downloaded some videos from websites that are in flash .swf format. And I have been searching with no luck for a way to convert these flash SWF file into format that I can import into iMovie 11 for further editing. Can anyone suggest an easier way to do this? Thanks in advance."
